BUYING
If you would like to buy anything through paypal all you have to do is email me with your details and a list of what you would like to purchase. I will then send you a confirmation email advising you whether the item is in stock. A paypal invoice will then be sent. You can pay with any credit/debit card through paypal. Cheques are also accepted and should be made payable to 'Stateek' but orders will not be sent until payment has cleared. PLEASE ALLOW 24HRS FOR ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED AND 10 WORKING DAYS FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS.
Most items will be sent within 3 working days.
GIFTS
If your purchase is for a gift we can send it directly to them. Just tell us the address for the person the gift is for when you order. The receipt will still go to your own billing address.
We can offer a ‘gift wrapping’ service which is charged at £3 per item. For this we will wrap the present and include a handwritten card with the insert of your choice.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
We have a 14 day exchange / refund policy, so if you are not happy with your purchases please contact me via email and if you need to send any item back please do so to 6 Hillpark Road, Wormit, Newport-on-Tay, Fife DD6 8PR, Scotland. We will always refund in the same method as you paid and will not refund postage costs. Refunds/exchanges will only be given if the item is in the same condition as it was sent.
POSTAGE
Postage and packaging costs are £5 per item. If more than one item is purchased a postage discount can be organised. Items are sent special delivery.
